Description
Always shows the admin bar if the user has previously logged in to the site.
Non logged in users will see the bar in the normal place, complete with a login link.

Woocommerce likes to hide the admin bar. I was going crazy trying to get it to show, and this solved my problem perfectly. Thank you so much!

I had to debug a website and the premium theme was hidding the admin bar which I wanted to use for Debug Bar and Theme Template Debugger.
This plugin solve this issue !
