From version 3.0.0, WPO Tweaks takes the **DietPress** name and includes everything this plugin does (the full, risk-based set of options to put WordPress on a diet) plus a complete set of performance optimizations, all configurable. **What this means for you** * If you have this plugin installed, keep an eye out for **WPO Tweaks version 3.0.0**. Install or update it to make the switch. * Your settings carry over automatically: both plugins store their configuration in the same place, so the new DietPress picks up your existing choices. * Once WPO Tweaks 3.0.0 is active, this older “core-diet” plugin deactivates itself to avoid any conflict, and you can safely delete it. This plugin will be closed on WordPress.org once the transition is complete. Thanks for using DietPress. ## FAQ ### Do I need to do anything? Install or update [WPO Tweaks](https://wordpress.org/plugins/wpo-tweaks/) to version 3.0.0. It is the same DietPress, with more features. After that you can delete this plugin. ### Will I lose my settings? No. The new DietPress reads the same saved configuration, so your current choices are preserved. ### Can I run both at the same time? No need to, and you should not. No intenta convertirse en “el plugin que hace de todo”, sino que se centra exactamente en lo que promete: eliminar funciones innecesarias de WordPress de forma clara, organizada y segura. Lo que más me ha gustado es la clasificación por niveles, porque permite optimizar sin miedo a romper la web. Además, cada opción viene perfectamente explicada, algo que se agradece muchísimo.
