## Description

This plugin aims to make access to your knowledge base as easy as possible.
 It 
provides a new enhanced FAQ custom post-type and a topic/thematic taxonomy, so that
your questions can be well organized.

### The 2 in 1 plugin

You will be able to add:

 * Frequently Asked Questions page, organized by thematics
 * Chatbot with autocompleter on questions to directly access to answers

### Four fantastic features:

 1. **Elastic layout**: The FAQ pattern displays the FAQ in an accordion layout by 
    topics and thematics.
 2. **Invisible friction**: Prefectly integrated in the WordPress ecosystem, everything
    is customizable, features are lean and extensible.
 3. **Strong things**: Add context to your questions, each question as its own URL 
    in order to improve SEO
 4. **Hot access**: The chatbot allows your visitors to access questions from everywhere,
    suggestions come from questions/contexts so you can handle synomyms or more accurate
    answers.

This plugin provides 2 blocks.

 *   FAQtastic Chatbot
 *   FAQtastic Context

## Installation

 1. Upload `faqtastic` to the `/wp-content/plugins/` directory
 2. Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress admin
 3. Go to FAQs menu
 4. Add some questions/answers and assign them to thematics if needed
 5. Display them in a page using a query loop or the given pattern
 6. Go to the site editor and add the chatbot block in the header or footer in order
    the make it available in the whole site

### Can I manage multiple FAQs?

Mostly.
 With thematics, you can filters FAQs on pages with the query loop parameters.

### Can I customize the chat bot?

Yes.
 The chatbot is customizable for colors, position and labels
